The next morning, the alarm woke Kabir first. Kashish was still deep in sleep, her breathing calm and even. He watched her for a moment, taking in how peaceful she looked, and decided not to wake her.
Quietly, he got up and went to the washroom for a bath. After finishing, he returned and saw Kashish still asleep. The newness of the morning, their first together as husband and wife, made the moment feel delicate and special.
Hesitantly, Kabir moved to her side of the bed. He placed a gentle hand on her shoulder and softly called,
"Kashish..."
When there was no response, he tried again, a little louder,
"Kashish." Kashish's eyes fluttered open. "Are we late?" Kabir smiled and replied "No, it's still 6:30." She sat up, drowsy and asked him "You're ready already?" "Yes," Kabir said "Go shower, then we'll go downstairs together." Kashish nodded, smiling, and headed to the washroom.
After about fifteen minutes, Kashish stepped out, still in a simple blue dress as she prepared herself for the day, fixing her hair and makeup before draping her traditional outfit. She noticed Kabir in a soft, muted mauve kurta, adjusting it carefully.
Kashish moved to the mirror, grabbed her hair dryer, and dried her damp hair, while Kabir quietly gave her space, stepping onto the balcony. He lingered there for a few moments, watching the morning light dance across the farmhouse.
When he came back inside, his eyes immediately found Kashish—now dressed in a beautiful yellow saree, a gift from Akriti, Kabir's mother. Her red sindoor and mangalsutra gleamed subtly, her hair styled half-up with loose curls cascading softly.
Hesitantly, he said, "Kashish... you look beautiful." Kashish smiling softly replied "Thank you." Kabir: "Are you ready now so we can go downstairs? Everyone must be waiting." Kashish paused, then gently reminded him, "Wait a minute..." She picked up his gold chain from the side table and handed it to him. Kashish said giving the chain to him "You're forgetting this, I guess." Kabir looked at it and smiled, realizing he had indeed forgotten to wear it. Once the chain was secured around his neck, they shared a brief glance, then headed downstairs together.
As they descended the stairs together, Kashish noticed the preparations for her bidaai in full swing. Family members were scattered across the farmhouse—some in the living room, some in the garden, others in the kitchen or dining area—making last-minute arrangements.
Kabir and Kashish were greeted first by their mothers, Avni and Akriti. Akriti enveloped them both in a warm hug, saying, "You both look beautiful!"
Kashish and Kabir smiled, taking blessings from their mothers. Avni and Akriti showered them with affectionate words and heartfelt blessings, their eyes glistening with emotion.
After greetings, they joined Jiya and Aryan for breakfast, who were already waiting with mischievous smiles. "Oh-ho! The newlyweds have arrived!" Jiya teased. "Jiya, don't start!" Kashish replied, rolling her eyes with a smile. "Of course we won't," Aryan grinned, "but wow, you two are glowing." Laughter filled the dining area as Jiya, Diya, Tanushri, Shourya, and Nurvi joined in the playful banter. "Enough fun now!" Soumya playfully scolded. "Kashish, Kabir, have your breakfast, or we'll be late for the bidaai." "Yes, Bhabhi," Kashish replied with a smile.
Kabir and Kashish quietly ate, though Kabir noticed she hadn't eaten much. The soft concern in his eyes didn't go unnoticed.
Once breakfast was finished, everyone moved to the living area, signaling that it was time for the heartfelt and emotional bidaai to begin
As Kabir and Kashish moved toward the living area, Avni was ready with the arti thali. She performed the arti for both of them, carefully removing any evil eyes, a symbolic gesture for protection and blessings. Soon after, Avni pulled Kashish into her embrace. For a few moments, mother and daughter shared a quiet, emotional connection, hearts speaking more than words ever could.
Then Ranveer stepped forward. Seeing her father, Kashish couldn't hold back any longer and broke into tears, burying herself in his strong, comforting embrace. Ranveer gently took Kabir's hand while keeping Kashish close to him. It was the first time Kabir saw the respected cardiologist, Ranveer Diwan, with tears in his eyes. Before Ranveer could even speak, Kabir softly said, "Don't worry, Papa. You don't need to say anything."
After a few moments, Kashish moved toward her elder brother and his wife, Samrath and Soumya. Samrath didn't let her go easily, holding his sister close as she cried into his shoulder. Kashish's heart ached at leaving, but she found comfort in his presence.
Turning slightly, she asked, "Where's Shivansh bhaiya?"
Shivansh, with eyes misty, had been standing a little apart. Kashish walked toward him, and they held each other in a warm, emotional hug. Just then, Nurvi came forward to gently calm them both. Meanwhile, Samrath had a quiet, brotherly word with Kabir. Samrath said "Kabir, we've always known each other professionally, but today... as a brother, I'm asking you to stand by her side." Kabir nodded solemnly, a small smile reassuring him. Kabir replied "Always, bhaiya." And they both shared a hug.
Raghav Chachu scooped Kashish into a playful embrace, laughing softly and said "Arey, don't be so emotional, Kashu! You're only half an hour away. If you ever feel like coming back, you know you can come anytime."
Natasha Chachi joined in, hugging her warmly and saying "Kashu, don't forget us in the middle of that big Singhania house!"
Just then, Riaan chimed in with a cheeky grin added "She's going to get full 24/7 entertainment with us Singhanias, you know."
Paridhi quickly intervened, lightening the mood with a soft laugh and said "Kashish, now it's your moment... but just so you know, Alia, Yatharth, Arohi, and Ivaan have already headed to Shimla this morning with Naksh, Raiansh bhaiya, Piyali, and Aman Chachu and Jeevika Chachi to welcome you there. The real chaos is waiting for you at the Singhania mansion!"
She smiled warmly, and Kabir couldn't help but feel a quiet contentment watching her smile, a soft glow crossing his face.
Kashish's eyes drifted toward her grandparents, Angad and Vaidehi. Angad smiled warmly and said, "Kashish, be happy. You are going into a wonderful family—they will love you even more there."
Vaidehi embraced her tightly, and Kashish couldn't hold back a few tears. Gently lifting Kashish's face in her palms, Vaidehi kissed her forehead and then took Kabir's hand and said "Kabir, my Kashish keeps her thoughts to herself, she doesn't share them with anyone. You must understand her silence."
Kabir looked at her earnestly and replied, "Dadi, I promise... I will respect her silence, understand her completely, and always be there for her." Then he tougher Angad and vaidehis feet, they both blessed him
Kashish approached Abhir, who hugged her tightly, teasing, "Now I need to find a midnight ice-cream craving partner—someone to join me!" Kashish laughed.
Then she went towards dhruv her younger brother. She hugged him saying "Enough parties and now more studies, Dhruv. Focus"
Dhruv replied "Didi, you're impossible! Lecturing me even during your bidaai" Then, turning to Kabir, Dhruv added playfully, "Kabir Jiju, please teach your wife some psychology lessons." Kabir smirked, teasing back, "Yes, saale sahab, I'll make sure of it."
He then hugged both Dhruv and Abhir, sharing a warm, playful moment Then kashish went towards her prisha bhabhi and hugged her.
Kashish turned toward her elder sister, Sayoni, who had been standing silently, observing every detail of her little sister's bidaai.
Kashish approached her, and for the first time, the ever-strict, elite Dr. Sayoni allowed herself to shed tears. She pulled Kashish into a warm embrace, holding her tightly. Kashish couldn't hold back either, crying softly into her sister's shoulder.
Sayoni voice trembling slightly "Embrace your marriage journey, Kashu. I've known Kabir since his MBBS days, he's a perfect man for you. And now stop running from things. He's a doctor, and you know very well how a doctor's life goes. You have to understand his world too."
Kashish nodding, wiping her tears replied to sayoni saying "Yes, didi... I know he's a good man. I'll try my best."
Sayoni held her for a few more moments, letting Kashish feel the strength of her support before stepping back slightly, giving her a reassuring smile. Kashish then went towards Her Rishi Jiju and they both hugged each other.
Kabir approached Sayoni. Sayoni said softly, with emotion, "Take care of her, Kabir. That's all I ask." Kabir nodded sincerely. "I will, Sayoni mam. You have my word." Sayoni smiled, teasing, "Now stop calling me 'mam.'" Kabir grinned sheepishly "It will take time but one day, surely, I'll drop it. From senior to sister-in-law, it's a big jump. I'll get there."
Before taking blessing of the singhanias kashish hugged little Jahaan and Hridhaan.
Kashish and Kabir approached Akriti and Abhimanyu.
Akriti, hugging Kashish tightly, smiled warmly. "Kashish, now that you are Kashish Kabir Singhania, you're a Singhania and my elder daughter-in-law." Kashish glanced teasingly at Kabir, who smiled at his mother. Abhimanyu chuckled, nudging Kashish gently. "Don't feel pressured, this family will keep you entertained."
Kashish laughed softly, feeling the warmth and playful charm of her new family wrapping around her. And Kabir saw that how his parents are making efforts to make smile on kashish's face.
Kashish and Kabir greeted Rajeev and Nandini, the Singhanias' patriarch and matriarch. Rajeev teased Kabir, "Kabir, be home from your hospital shift before 7 p.m. Don't keep your wife waiting." Kashish and Kabir laughed. Nandini hugged Kashish warmly, saying, "Beta, this family will always shower you with love, and it will only grow stronger each day." Kashish smiled, feeling embraced by her new family's warmth, as Kabir squeezed her hand, promising a lifetime of love.
Aman Chachu said "We'll see, Rajeev Bhaiya, how much Kabir actually listens to you!" Sandhya hugging Kashish warmly, then placing her hands gently on Kabir's head, smiling and saying "Kashish, our Kabir is the only sensible one you'll find among the younger clan. The rest... well, they're like they came straight from a zoo. You'll understand once you step into the Singhania mansion!" Kashish laughed softly, shaking her head at the playful exaggeration, while Kabir merely smirked, unbothered, enjoying the warmth and humor of his family.
Diya and Paridhi greeted Kashish with mischievous smiles. Diya teased, "Kashish, you're officially the fifth of the Singhanias' younger daughters-in-law." Paridhi added with a grin, "And Tanushri is thrilled another young bahu has arrived!" Kashish laughed, shaking her head. Afterwards, Kabir and Kashish approached Dada and Dadi, Devansh and Shivangi, who were waiting to bless them. Shivangi hugged them warmly, saying, "Blessings to you both. May your life together be full of happiness and understanding." Devansh placed a hand on Kabir's shoulder, smiling seriously. "Kabir, remember Rajeev's words—home from your hospital shift before 7 p.m. You're married now; responsibility comes with love."
Jay and Riaan appeared, grinning and ready to tease the newlyweds. Jay nudged Kabir playfully, smirking, "So, Bhai, now that you're married, think you can handle us constantly bothering you?" Riaan grinned at Kashish, adding, "And Kashish, get ready... the fun and teasing never ends!"
Kabir and Kashish exchanged amused glances, knowing today no one would let them have a moment of peace.
They all approached the main doors, where a line of lavish cars waited for the Singhanias and the newly-weds. At the private airport, the Singhanias' private jet stood ready.
Before stepping into her car, Kashish hugged her family one last time, cherishing the moment. Kashish and Kabir sat together in one car, while the others took their respective vehicles.
As they drove off, Kabir kept his eyes on Kashish, noticing her emotional expressions. Between tears, she laughed and smiled whenever the Singhanias cracked a joke, and he found himself smiling along with her.
The Singhanias, before entering their cars, shared warm embraces with the Diwans, Devansh hugged Angad, Shivangi hugged Vaidehi, Akriti reassured Avni, and Abhimanyu gave Ranveer a supportive hug.
Finally, everyone settled into their car's. The Diwans began winding down the farmhouse, preparing for their journey to Shimla the next day, leaving behind a home echoing with memories of love, laughter, and celebrations.
